Privacy Policy
This policy is maintained by Neviora and explains what information is collected when you read this site, how it is used, and the choices available to you. Last updated: 2026.
1. Who we are
Neviora is an independent editorial publication covering everyday health, sleep, and wellbeing. For privacy questions, write to privacy@neviora.online or use our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address and message when you contact us or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed.
- Cookie data. Small files stored by your browser, described in section 4.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not ask readers for health records, medical history, or other sensitive personal data.
3. How we use information
- To reply to messages, corrections, and press inquiries.
- To send the newsletter when you have asked to receive it.
- To understand which articles readers find useful.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use three categories:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to load and display correctly.
- Analytics cookies — help us count visits and see which pages are read.
- Affiliate cookies — set by partner networks so a purchase can be attributed to this publication.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking analytics or affiliate cookies does not change the content you can read.
5. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics services to measure aggregate traffic — page views, time on page, and general geographic region. These services process data on our behalf and may use their own cookies. We do not use analytics to identify individual readers by name.
6. Affiliate links
Some articles contain affiliate links. When you click one, the merchant or affiliate network may set a cookie to record that the visit originated here, and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. Once you leave this site, the destination merchant's own privacy policy governs the data they collect, including any payment details. We never see or store your payment information. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your email address only to send editorial updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. We do not sell or rent subscriber lists.
8. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics), and where required by law.
9. Data retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregated analytics may be retained in non-identifying form.
10. Your rights under the GDPR (EEA and UK readers)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent — for example, the newsletter or non-essential cookies — you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are consent, legitimate interests (running and securing an editorial site), and legal obligation.
11. Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (California readers)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood. You will never be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
12. How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@neviora.online with the request you would like to make. We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
13. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
